jog, ECP

Hmm.... i think this is the first time both agatha and i were up from bed and went for a jog so early. It's 6.30am! Normally this timing we will be still deep inside exploring our lala land. We did our usual exercise routine, etc..
It's nice jogging with the cooling air around you. As time goes by, the sky gradually changes it's colour from navy blue into azure blue, so does the surrounding temperature increasing its warmth. Peaceful morning is indeed a good start of the day! =D
let's keep up the good work and continue this healthy lifestyle! Have been living through quite an unhealthy lifestyle, several friends sort of nag at me for a few years already. hah! Some have resigned to the fact that such things are quite difficult change.
Actually, scrutinising it, it is not as difficult as it seems. You only need one thing to succeed, the WILL POWER. It is a formidable power.

ok, back to today. Went to my sis workplace (Flamingo bridal) for a while then headed to ECP. Always don't really know the way to get there. I think this was the first time i actually know/figure how to get there myself.

It was a LK bros gathering bbq. aha! Honored to be invited. THANKS! =D It's a pity that daron and others could not come along. If they came, they would certainly enjoy theirselves. The ones who were there (hopefully i remembered everyone, shall apologise in advance if i missed or did not properly name anyone), ah neo, clive, derry, frankie & christine, hwee siang, jeff, jie shun, justin, minghui,quan jin, quan jin's bro and 3 girls (sry! i dunno your names!) Lazy to list out the happenings there, overall had great time! thanks peeps! =D Went home with justin. Thanks justin! It would be nice staying overnight in the tent. ahha! very comforty plus nice scenery, of course, great people. haha. next time will ask brenda along too! long bus ride.... and then... home sweet home! better sleep soon! jogging tomorrow morning too!

Most girls/ladies would be excited or amazed by the elegance of the bridal gowns. My sis is one of the few that won't be. It is good enough for her not to get sick of them. ahha!
