Jogged in the morning alone since agatha cannot make it on fridays morning. usual routine..
Late afternoon, met up with my primary school friends, huisun, weifa and maxim to shop for the stuff needed for this evening steamboat at ah miang's house. A belated birthday celebration for grayson. Argh, felt so bad, all these years, we didnt properly celebrate his birthday. So... this will be the very first one for him from us!
$15 each, could buy a lot of things. Our trolley was filled with food. Bought mashmallow,chocolate fruits(these 3 are for our dessert, CHOCOLATE FONDUE!) Rest were for steamboat, fishballs, meat balls, some niang toufu stuff, mushrooms(3 kinds), hotdog, shrimp wanton, seasoning soup cubes, chicken, crabsticks, scallops, veg, tomatoes, tang boon and more. Could not remember all of them.
With all the things, we cabbed down to sunny's(her new nick name) house to get the steamboat thingy and cabbed to miang's house. We(sun, miang, weifa, brenda, maxim and i) prepared the food, the table, the chairs till 9 plus. We were happily seated, ever ready to dig in but agatha and grayson were not here.
Our stomachs were grumbling ever since the marketing so we decided to 'test' the tom yam soup. Ended up, really starting to eat, but of course, being nice, we ate very slowly.
Both of them finally arrvied at 11plus. Our stomach capacity already filled up to around 70%. Chatted about anything and everything, the good old days, the modern days etc. Every meeting will surely somehow argue. ahha!! We wondered how will it be like 10years down the road. haha! i think will be still as close! =D Our dinner (can be supper) officially ended at 1plus. damn bloated. Cleared up the kitchen together, and prepare for our chocolate fondue.. yummy...
Grayson and i went off while others stayed over. Thanks for the ride!
