☆Yesterday is a History, Tomorrow is a Mystery, Today is a Gift........☆: Grand Opening of 2009

Grand Opening of 2009 was celebrated by tons of people cheering and fireworks flashing across the skyline. One word to describe every welcoming of the new year, it's just simply, WOW!

HAPPY NEW YEAR 2009!

A brand new start of this year! Let it be a good start and continue and improve it!
Though a year had passed, let the lessons be remembered and learnt so we will not make the same mistakes and gain wisdom! This 2009 will be a better year for ALL of us!
What lies ahead, we do not know. The uncertainties, challenges, people, happiness, sadness obstacles and challenges, but not to worry, let us all overcome them! =D Treasure people and moments may it be good or bad. Never take things for granted too! Lots more that wanted to type here, but cant think of any. ahha! weird eh? Of course, the most basic thing is to stay healthy! Once you're healthy, you're almost free to do anything you want! =D

Anyway, spent my countdown at home, infront of the computer and window, and on the phone. Sounds a little sad right? ahha! It's ok eh, a quiet countdown. Slept at 4am plus.

In a few hours time would be hiking at MacRitchie with Belinda,Clive, Daron,Michelle and Shawn. So proud of myself that i had reached hougang mrt on time at 9.15am! haha! Around of applause for me please! haha! Wahh... clive just woke up, and shawn was bathing at that time. Starting was a little sian-ed while waiting for michelle, daron and belinda(daron's friend who happen to be Amanda's friend! what a small world!) to meet because i'm still in the sleepy mode. When they came, they somehow made me alive again and somehow a little more hyper. hah! Thanks! Then everyone except clive was present so we waited for him at bus stop and set off together!

Around 11.25am reached the destination, and there we go!
Walked through the forest track, few rocky path, some gravel, smooth, sandy,wooden paths and steep slope. Quite interesting! Cooling air inside the forest and windy on the treetop walk. We also climbed this sort of watch tower thingy for a mini picnic. There's this Caucasian dad who brought his 2 young daughters along. ahha! They are so adorable! Caucasian kids, no matter how bad they may turn out to be when they are older,but they will always be cute when they are kids. haha! We walked till 2plus and left the place at 3plus to AMK hub for lunch.

Yeah! lunch time! i really want a decent and proper lunch! Sat and rested then Belinda had to go off first. Walked around AMK hub, mostly girls stuff to shop so the guys had limited shops to shop. Saw this Natural Project shop for guys, some of the clothes are nice! If i had a brother, i would doll him up! wait... 'doll' seems weird, well, i will style him up! Sounds much better right?haha =D Then a little while more michelle went home and we went hougang mall to walk around.
wow! One of shops located at the top floor was interesting! Lots of things to get fasinated and excited with! haha! Clive was fasinated by the clips. haha!

After a long day, home sweet home!
Had pizza for dinner. Argh, like that how to lose some weight? tsk tsk..
need to seriously remind myself not to be lazy and exercise!

PS: did i miss out something? hmmm... yes! Something that most people will always talk about and scratch their heads, which is New year resolution! It's good to keep one, remember it and that's your goal and direction to head to. But it somehow doesnt applies to me.
