just not my day....

there goes my venting time!

Working from 12-9.30pm.
Lunch time there was this customer making a big fuss that gave me a little shock.
mind you, that big fuss was actually something quite minor,
and he made a big fuss due to his misconception.
somemore infront of his family with kids.. oh man...
i was attending to him, and caught off guard by him.
well... i dont' want to talk about that. though it's already settled.
though my colleagues are nice,
but i have decided.
my permanent job in future will have NOTHING to do with service line.
Those that requires you have good PR skills, that is so un-me, i'm kinda anti social and dao.
and those that needs you to put on a smiley face even though you are so damn pissed with the customer.
that's something hard for me.
force a smile when i'm pissed, so my smile will look horrifying. haha!

back to today!
somehow my work was unsmoothed.
encountered some tacky customer...
fortunately, glad that there are still nice people in this world who can make your day even if they are just mere strangers. phew!
being quite pissed .... if someone 'stepped my feet' i'll sure give my big ROARR!

argh...
today also partly got a little pissed by my own incompetence.
argh... felt like i'm tarnishing my own reputation....
gosh...
worse still, i detest when people assume and have misconception.
to avoid more troubles, i backed off and deny the fight for my own right.
even worst, if friend has misconception. that's like what the heck...
disappointing...
