Today i watched a very good show. Is 'tong meng qi yuan' translated in english is 'wait till you're older' which Andy Lau acted in the show. ABout parenting, children, family communication.
This show start off with andy lau acting a little boy who detested his family. He always thought that his step mother was the third party who destoryed his family and caused the death of his mother. As time goes by, he began more and more rebellious, always run away from home. one day, he said a wrong thing and accused his stepmother on her birthday. HIs stepmother threw him out of house. While strolling endlessly, we met an old man who discovered/invented the 'rapid growth' potion. Being a mischevious and rebellious boy, he stole it so he would grow old and unrecongizable by his family members and police. The old man gave a chase, andy accidentally fell and the glass of the test tube with the potion cut into his hand. Next morning, he found himself grew older. During this time of rapid aging, he realised what was the real problem his step mother and father were facing.
In the end, he apologised and accepted his stepmother.
The moral of story is , time is precious, use it wisely and proper communication solves/lessen conflicts.
