FUNKY PUNKY

Guides and scouts campfire theme -FUNKY PUNKY-
Wow! wow! Wow! this day has finally came. hahha! After all the campfire preparation and the dance practices, this is the day. I woke up at 8 plus. I got ready my dance attire, guides full uniform and set off to school in hosue tee and pe shorts. In the morning, chua jiayi called me and told me that she had lost her dance attire. Then i told her if she really cannot find then i will help her buy. I was late for school because i went to buy her top.

Reached school......i faster put my bags down and practice my dance with them. although our dance was not very good and the music is not funky punky enough, at least there is not much conflict. During lunchbreak, i accompanied jiayi home to take money. Fortunately, her mum had found her her dance outfit in the washing machine. haha! phew!We helped out until 4.30pm.We had 1 hour to change into our dance attire because we were the opening item!!. Argh!! This time sadly...there are more schools of scouts than guides.

The campfire is great! haha! starting,everyone was very high,wild, excited. Especiallly serangoon eagles scouts. when every dance item starts, most guides and scouts will go right infront of the stage for a better view. Then we sang, cheered, ran, danced around the campfire and have fun!! The dance by my fellow seniors from sec4 and those graduated for a year is great.haha! The campfire ended at 10pm. There was a disco night for 10mins or so. haha! Jiayi, Julia and other guides were practically running, hopping,screaming, laughing around. hehe! After that, when most of the schools went for the refreshment. Jiayi, julia and few of other guides went to climb the gateway that was built by the scouts. Then we helped out to carry the brenches to the canteen and had a group photo of guides and scouts right infornt of the gateway. We went off at 11.20pm and reached home at 12 midnight, dead beat. I had my supper wiht my sisters. AFter bathing, feeling fresh and comfortable and i had a nice sleep at 3am.

The next day, i went to school to help out Mr Quek to take down the stage banner and the gadget. hahaha!

Monday to Sunday went school.
Reached home at 12midnight after school.

Hmm......next year i wanna have a better dance and more interesting campfire. hehe!! =)
